Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes diced
  • ¼ cup Marshmallow Fluff Buttercream
  • 1 tablespoon marshmallow fluff
  • ¼ cup red pre-made icing
  • 2 tbsp green sanding sugar
  • 2 tbsp green sugar sprinkles
  • ¼ cup red melting chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preparing the Ice Cream Base
  • Chop Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into small cubes and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together whole milk, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Gently pour in heavy cream and mix until smooth.
  • If using an ice cream machine, freeze and churn the mixture until it thickens.
  • Making the Frosting
  • In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat butter, powdered sugar, and marshmallow fluff until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in a few drops of red food coloring for a festive touch.
  • Layering the Ice Cream
  • Once the ice cream has finished churning, fold in half of the snack cake bites, being gentle to maintain airiness.
  • In a metal loaf pan, layer half of the ice cream mixture.
  • Sprinkle in additional Christmas tree cake pieces and pipe a swirl of marshmallow fluff frosting.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ice cream and cake pieces.
  • Decorating the Ice Cream
  • Drizzle red icing on top.
  • Add green sanding sugar or green sugar sprinkles for a festive look.
  • Freezing and Serving
  • Cover the pan with wax paper or place it in a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for at least 5-6 hours or overnight until fully scoopable.
  • When serving, scoop portions ensuring bits of cake, frosting, and sprinkles in each bite.
  • For an extra decorative touch, drizzle with red melted chocolate and sprinkle with green sugar.
